During our rehabilitation process we strive to avoid changing the fabric of the existing neighborhood, keeping each home's structure intact and the square footage the same, which helps to avoid unneccesarily raising property taxes of surrounding homes. Our rehabilitation project windows are short, so construction noise and other disturbances are kept to a minimum.

A licensed realtor, she has over ten years of sales experience and is former President and Owner of La Conexion, North Carolina’s oldest Spanish-language newspaper.

Jason Lenhardt is recognized within Raleigh's real estate industry as an experienced broker, having proven himself over many years at an area agency and as president of his own community-oriented real estate firm. With years of real estate investment experience, Lenhardt plans to utilize his contributions to TeamHomeBuyer.com to continue his community revitalization efforts and expand his brokerage services for both buyers and sellers as homeowners or investors. He is a regular contributor to the THB News You Can Use newsletter, covering topics of interest to the real estate community.

TeamHomeBuyer.com is committed to eco-friendly rehabilitation of our properties, minimizing the use of resources, reducing harmful effects on the environment, and providing healthier environments for people. We upgrade the infrastructure of the properties we purchase with environmentally friendly materials and energy efficient air, heat and appliances. We apply green building standards developed by the United States Green Building Council to our homes such as changing-out ineffective heating and cooling systems with energy efficient models, and keeping existing shade trees intact, oftentimes performing much-needed pruning and caretaking to improve the health of our properties' landscaping. We buy local, use wood alternative products, and use rapidly renewable flooring materials like bamboo whenever possible.

With offices in Apex and Wake Forest, NC, TeamHomeBuyer.com is a collaboration between developers, investors, lawyers, and general contractors with a combined 50 years of experience. The group is led by Paul R. Murphy, Jr., and Charles T. McCarter, Jr., past winners of the Triangle Business Journal's "Deal of the Year" award.

Paul has been working in commercial and residential real estate since 1988, with a wealth of experience in building, buying, and selling homes for individuals.

In 1995, Charlie began working as a real estate broker with Goodman Segar Hogan Hoffler (now Advantis GVA). Specializing in land acquisition, he has assembled some of the Triangle area's most recognizable properties and is heavily engaged in TeamHomeBuyer.com's daily rehabilitation projects.
